DiCOM’s 2023 Loan Review Practitioner’s Forum and Annual User Conference
DiCOM is excited to announce the 2023 User Conference and Loan Review Practitioners Forum will be held on March 6-8 at the Orlando Hard Rock Hotel. These events are a critical part of the DiCOM Ecosystem and represents a unique opportunity for loan review professionals to discuss best practices, network with peers, and collaborate with DiCOM staff with the ultimate goal of optimizing the review function. This year, DiCOM will offer the opportunity to participate in two separate events. The first event is the Loan Review Practitioner’s Forum (March 6th) that is open to all loan review professionals, including DiCOM clients and non-clients. The second event is the Annual User Conference which is reserved to DiCOM clients and future clients. More information about each event is provided below.
Loan Review Practitioner’s Forum (March 6, 2023):
This event is open to all loan review professionals and represents a great opportunity to attend a unique event focused on process improvement, networking, and best practices in loan review. This event will focus on “round table” discussions related to key topics facing loan review today. Topics for consideration include:
- Continuous Monitoring Reviews – Lessons Learned and Best Practices
- Increasing Demands on Loan Review Combined with Staff Shortage – Best practices to drive efficiency and attract quality staff
- Aligning Loan Review processes with objectives/guidance
- Meaningful Loan Review Productivity Metrics
- In the Trenches Best Practices – Exceptions, approach to annual reviews, how much analysis is appropriate, etc.

Annual DiCOM User Conference (March 7-8, 2023):
This event is reserved for DiCOM clients and future clients. It is a great opportunity to discuss and see the latest upcoming product enhancements from DiCOM designed to optimize the loan review process. Attendees will have the opportunity to network with peers, discuss best practices, and provide feedback to help prioritize value-based product innovation for the benefit of the entire user community.
